When we were in San Diego, the one place I wanted to go to was the Zoo. We went with one of the families we met on our trip. Carrie and Scott, and their little ones. Madelyn and Isabelle.

We have a friend named Donald Franklin and Heidy calls all trutles Donnie's. She knows they are trutles but she calls them that anyway. So when we saw this giant "Donnie" we had to get a picture of Heidy on it!!

Last night for dinner they had face painters for the kids. Now I think Heidy is addicted, She LOVED it!!
Skyler you are really too big for the cars!! She didn't ride, just sat in it.
The Chimps!! I loved watching them. So did Heidy and Skyler.
Giraffs are so graceful, even baby ones.
Of course, the Pandas. Such beautiful creatures.
The polar bears look so cuddly!! But I dont' think they would cuddle well.
On the bus ride out of the Zoo. Heidy and Madelyn were having fun and being silly!!
Maybe they were over tired!! They had a blast! We all did.
