I think it is a great picture...and yes I am feeling better today....not with the cold but with the neck and shoulders. The chiro did really weird stuff to me yesterday.....oooo...that doens't sound to good does it? lol I go again on Monday....everyone keeps suggesting Yoga....perhaps I'll give it a try. I 'm just not sure my old body can stretch like that anymore! lol Have a good weekend! S*
