Lifting Weights with Papa

Last night Mark started to lift weights and Heidy says " I want to do it" so she climbs on the bench and proceeds to lift the empty bar!! She did it once and then it was too heavy for her so she used her legs to help!! The little monkey. I told Mark he had to lift the same way!! No, he didn't think he would bend that way!!

But she did "help" her dad by making the weights heavier by hanging on it!!!!
